What is Andrew Stewart Fitness?

Working with Andrew Stewart Fitness (ASF) isn't just about losing weight or gaining muscle; it's about realising your potential.

Andrew Stewart Fitness' primary ethos is about building a positive relationship with yourself! It doesn't matter your skill level or experience, we will help you progress.

Providing you with an exercise and nutrition programme based around your goals, skill level, likes and dislikes, you will be able to make progress straight away and at a pace that suits you. There are no generic programmes or plans, everything is made and adapted throughout your journey, specifically for you to achieve your goals.

We will work with you to develop your health and fitness with a positive mind set - we're not about mindlessly forcing you into fitness! ASF wants to improve your health and quality of life; you've made a great start by simply reading this, but you can do more.

By becoming an ASF client, you'll become more confident and build on your self-belief, learn new skills, become more comfortable in the gym and with weights. Who is Andrew Stewart?

Andrew Stewart Fitness is owned and operated by Andrew Stewart. With over 10 years of sports coaching experience, Andrew has Level 2 and Level 3 fitness instructor and personal training qualifications with Active IQ. Andrew is also qualified with spin cycle, gym based boxing and circuit coaching certificates as well as his SFA level 1 coaching qualification.

Andrew has worked with a variety of clients from a diverse range of backgrounds with varying goals and also has vast experience in dealing with client injury rehab and countering muscle imbalances.

Always looking to further his knowledge to be the best possible coach for you, Andrew has completed the highly regarded ‘Shredded by Science' course to increase his understanding of training, exercise and nutrition. Andrew is continuously studying the latest scientific research to keep up to date with the most recent findings and develop as a coach.
