Personal training is about more than just nutrition, difficult workouts and doing random exercises in the gym just because your PT told you to do them.
Personal training should be exactly what it says, PERSONAL! At Andrew Stewart Fitness, every aspect of the service we provide is tailored just for you. To suit your individual needs, to help you achieve your goal and to your likes and dislikes. It’s all completely based around your needs and the lifestyle you want to achieve
Personal Training – It’s Personal
Personal training is a journey. Everyone’s journey is different and everyone’s body is different. This is why it’s so important that the journey is specifically tailored around you.
The journey should be fun and challenging because in order to make a change you need to step outside your comfort zone and do something different.
If you do the same thing over and over again, you don’t get a different result. Change is required to create change and meet your goals.
At ASF, we focus on helping you succeed and achieve your goals, even the ones that don’t seem possible. We work with you to make your goals a reality – all to improve your quality of life, health and happiness.
My main aim as a coach is to help you fulfil your potential. That can be via changing your mindset and helping you become more confident. It could be teaching you how to eat well and exercise correctly for your goals, whatever they may be. It could be helping you lose body fat or build muscle so you are comfortable in your own skin and look and feel the way you want too.
Step out of your comfort zone
Personal training should be personalised, not some copy and pasted workout or meal plan that anyone can follow.
We ensure that every programme and nutrition plan is unique, because every one of our clients is unique. So you can achieve sustainable results that last a lifetime. That way it’s truly life changing.
